WAPEDO Facilitates Organic Farming Training for Local Farmers

The Director of WAPEDO, Rev. Anderson Madimilo, led a two-day training on the fundamentals of organic farming for 15 farmers from the villages of Manghangu and Lupeta in Mpwapwa District. The training was conducted in collaboration with the Vinghawe Ward Agricultural Officer and two farmers from the respective areas who had previously attended training at the SAT Agricultural Training Center in Morogoro Region at the end of last year, supported by WAPEDO. The training aimed to enhance participants’ knowledge and application of organic farming techniques to increase productivity and promote sustainable agriculture within the community.
